Terms of Service

PostLabz provides AI-assisted social media content generation, an approval workflow, scheduling, publishing, and analytics via postlabz.com. The service is provided "as is" and may change over time.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every post before it is published, and for complying with each social platform's terms of service, community rules, and applicable law (including advertising disclosure rules).

AI-generated drafts may contain errors. PostLabz does not guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose of generated content.

You may not use PostLabz to publish unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing content; to spam or manipulate platform algorithms in violation of platform rules; or to attempt to access other users' data.

You may not use PostLabz to generate NSFW, explicit, or sexually suggestive content, deepfakes of real people, or content violating our Acceptable Use Policy.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Publishing and analytics depend on third-party platforms (X, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others). We are not responsible for their availability, API changes, enforcement actions, or account restrictions they may impose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostLabz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
