Acceptable Use Policy

PostLabz generates social media content — text, images, and video — on your behalf. This policy defines what you may not use the service to create or publish. It is part of our Terms of Service.

You may not use PostLabz to generate, publish, or distribute:

NSFW, explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content — including any attempt to steer our AI image or video generation toward such content.

Deepfakes, face-swaps, or likeness-based media of real people without their documented consent.

Harassment, hate speech, or content targeting individuals or groups with abuse or degradation.

Misinformation or deceptive content, including fabricated endorsements, fake news presented as fact, or undisclosed synthetic media of real events.

Illegal content, or content that promotes illegal activity, fraud, or the infringement of others' intellectual property.

Spam, platform manipulation, or bulk inauthentic behavior in violation of any social platform's rules.

Where a platform or jurisdiction requires it, you must disclose that content was AI-generated before publishing. You are responsible for reviewing every draft and for the compliance of anything you publish.

Prompts routed to AI image and video models are screened by automated content moderation; flagged prompts are blocked before generation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and remove content that breaches it. Report violations to hello@postlabz.com.
